Cuyahoga Dining Table

The top is glued up from 2 inch oak strips, flattened by hand and finished with hardwax oil so it can be repaired in place rather than refinished in a shop. The frame is 2 inch square tube with a 1/4 inch plate cleat, welded on a jig and checked for square before it leaves the bench.

We build this table up to 120 inches with no centre leg. That comes from the frame section, not from a hidden steel beam, which is why the underside still looks like something you would not mind seeing.

Standard lengths are 72, 84 and 96 inches. Other lengths, widths and heights are normal work — tell us the room and we will draw it at size.

Watersedge Console

The pine is reclaimed longleaf, recovered from Florida buildings taken down in the last century. It is denser and darker than anything you can buy new, and every board carries its own history of nail holes and saw marks. We clean it up, leave the character alone, and oil it.

The frame is 1.5 inch steel angle with a plate shelf underneath for baskets or boots. It is deliberately narrow at 14 inches so it works in a hallway without eating the walkway.

Little River Desk

A desk that is meant to be sat at rather than photographed. The back edge carries a formed sheet steel tray that takes a power strip and keeps cables off the floor and out of sight.

Walnut, oak or reclaimed pine. The tray and the drawer box are made in the shop, so the internal dimensions can be set to whatever you are actually putting in them.

Cypress Coffee Table

Low enough to sit behind a sofa seat without blocking the view across the room. The reclaimed pine top has been in a building before it was in your living room, and it looks like it.

Available square at 36 × 36 inches as well.
